So I hope everyone had a good weekend. I sure did. Went to a nice pub on Saturday with the wife and got dressed up on Sunday. I got to try on some outfits I had bought a few weeks ago, and we even got around to cooking a nice shepherd’s pie. Anyways, I thought It would be good time to explain why I chose to call my blog Katie In The Hall. When I was growing up in the 90’s I remember watching a TV show called “The Kids In The Hall”. Over the course of the last year, I’ve found a couple of products that’ve helped me achieve the look I wanted. Here’s a pair of lovely Bordello Teeze heels from Pleaser. I actually ordered these once in a size 12 (largest size made) and they didn’t fit. I had to sadly send them back. 😦 The search continues…..
Here’s a few things I got from our local MAC counter over the last couple of months. I’ve made a good friend there and the makeup artists are so helpful to someone like me.
Early on in this amazing journey, I would often ask myself the same question, why? Why do I have these urges to express my feminine side to a greater extent than most others? As a guy, I’ve never really felt sexy or attractive in guy clothes. I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that guy clothes are, to me, quite plane and boring. Shirt, jeans, sneakers…..zzzzzzz. Read the rest of this entry
